REFUND POLICY — MASKD CLUB

At MASKD CLUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following refund terms apply:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
   •    The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
   •    All packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.
   •    The product is returned within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not granted for:
   •    Masks or face-covering products (for hygiene reasons)
   •    Customized or personalized items
   •    Final-sale or clearance items
   •    Items not returned in their original condition

 

Refund Method
   

   •    Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
   •    Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
   •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
